In this video I am going to talk about Amazon Seller Fest Israel, the event that will take place in Israel, in Tel Aviv, on July 7th. The event is organized by Orange Klik and Quantify Ninija, and I am going to interview Yinon from Quantify Ninja.
According to Yinan, in Israel there are no big, international events for Amazon sellers. There is a large Amazon sellers community in Israel, at least 20 000 people. During the upcoming Seller Fest in Israel the focus will be on the US marketplace, and, actually, most Israeli sellers sell in the US. Yinon says it’s due to the fact that for Israelis it’s complicated to open an EU seller account, and, of course, there is much more traffic in the US, so it’s a good place to start. However, even if the event is aimed at the US sellers, most topics are universal and most tips apply to every market. There will be, of course, some US-specific topics, such as the legal issuess or how to bring your products to the US retailer chains.
Yinon mentions two very interesting speakers from Isreal, Lior Worcel and Tomer Rabinovich. The latter one is a well known international speaker. He always does AB testing and is extremely creative, according to Yinon, Tomer‘s tips are very valuable and time -saving. Lior Worcel is very knowledgeable accountant, and he gives plenty of useful tax-related information to Isrealis, which is very helpful if you wish to avoid tax related issues.
The conference’s sessions (in total there will be 10 of them) will be in Hebrew and in English, however, there will be simultaneous translation provided, so all the attendants can follow what is being said.
Kevin King, who is a true expert of Amazon and a world-wide famous speaker, is a very special guest of the event. Yinon goes as far as to call Kevin the king of Amazon. The second day of the event is dedicated to workshops, and Kevin is going to host one of the workshop, where he has promised to share some new material with the guests. Tickets to the workshop are available and are really good value. The conference will be concluded with the VIP dinner, which will provide an excellent networking opportunity.
